If you want to start looking at a way to invest your money in something that will generate relatively easy profits, consider buying domain names. You can make money buying domain names, and then posting them at domain name auctions, where bidders can buy them. The easiest way to generate new domain names is to find a web site that is a domain name search engine. Many of these will generate domain names for you based on a number of keywords that you select.
For example, I am big on saving energy, because once you use it, it's gone. So I have a lot of passion about saving as much as I can, and I used a domain name search engine to come up with a long list of domain names about saving energy. With the green movement being pretty big right now, I'm hoping to register 10 to 15 of these and put them up for sale at domain name auctions, where they might sell for a few bucks. The lowest registration fee I've run across is $5, so if I sell them for $10, I've doubled my investment. While that's chump change, multiply it by 100, and that becomes $500 in investment for a gross return of $1,000. If you have some good, timely ideas, think about how you could make money buying domain names. They're easy to register, and list on auctions. |
